• Prior years marked by instability, rebellion, poor choices; includes arrests and trouble with the law.

Relationship & Turning Point

• Experienced an abusive relationship in her mid-30s (approximate timeline).

• Left that relationship, which triggered a reassessment of her life direction.

• At that time, attended graduate school, working toward a master’s in business.

• Decided to make a major change; moved to New Orleans soon after.

• Despite leaving, still lived in a “lukewarm” state of faith—professed belief but not full submission.

Foundation in Faith

• Initially attended non-denominational churches, identified as Christian.

• Values the foundation those experiences provided but acknowledges that faith without obedience remained incomplete.

• Continued engaging in unhealthy behaviors: lust, substance abuse, alcoholism, anger, violence, attention-seeking, and validation-seeking.

• Struggled with double-mindedness—wanted faith’s benefits without obedience’s costs.

• Fall 2019: Significant transformation as she “came into the truth.”

• Felt led out of conventional church (“church system”) into a period of isolation by Yahuah, coinciding with COVID-related quarantine.

• Misunderstood the isolation phase, attempted to come out of it on her own, leading to a return to compromised living in late 2020.
